Welcome to PJAS 1C.net
What is PJAS?
PJAS is a statewide organization of junior and senior high school students designed to stimulate and promote interest in science among its members through the development of research projects and investigations.
How can I participate?
There are a number of ways to become a part of the Pennsylvania Junior Academy of Science. Students can talk to their science teachers if they are interested in completing a science research project. Teachers can get involved by contacting their regional director to enroll their school. Scientists interested in helping students complete research are welcomed to contact their neighborhood middle school or high school. Parents can get their children involved by encouraging them to participate. In addition, judges are always needed for the regional meetings and state meeting every year.
